When I moved to Oxnard in the late 1980's I knew this City had some unique qualities not found anywhere else in the land. 

Calling California now now my home, I'm originally from the east coast  and I brought my eastern attitude and energy to the work that I do here.

With the election done and over and the possibility ever so remote that I will pursue further politics, I devote this site to myself and the world I live in.

I am happy to be sharing this planet with you at this particular time in history.

President Reagan in his Century City office shows his picture of the five living Presidents to Bill and Marivic Winter during a private visit in July 1993.

Bill had been a personal pen-pal with the President since Winter's days in the Seabees.


Always one for a good joke, President Reagan displays the bumper sticker given him by the Winters.
